At Polina Bright Art we do our best, but we can not guarantee that the colours shown on the website exactly reproduce the colours of our products. This may depend on the colour reproduction of your computer screen or mobile device.

For commissioned pieces, the copyright remains with the artist, Polina Bright, unless the copyright for the artwork is signed over to the person or company who commissioned it.
Copyright and Original Works of Art
Buying an original painting, assumes that you buy the physical object to have and enjoy. You own the artwork, not the copyright to it.
The copyright remains with Polina Bright unless:
- They specifically signed over their copyright to the buyer.
- The copyright has expired.
Unless one of these circumstances applies, original piece buyer does not automatically acquire the right to reproduce a painting as prints, cards, posters, on clothing, etc, when they purchase a painting - you're acquiring the right to own and enjoy the item but not the right to reproduce it.
This contract is governed by the laws of Australia and such other laws which are applicable in the country where the consumer is resident.
Processing and Delivery
Please keep in mind that the delivery times we give you are estimates only. The actual delivery time will have many contributing factors. Please reach out to us before placing your order if it is time sensitive.
Please also keep in mind that all prints are produced to order, so please factor that in when estimating the desired delivery date. We can rush production of some of the orders, so once again, please reach out to us if your order is time sensitive before placing your order.
Polina Bright Art processing policy is between 2-5 business days (excludes weekends) on average. While Polina Bright Art takes no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods once your order is shipped, we will investigate your specific situation and ensure we work towards an appropriate solution with the shipping provider.
We post all deliveries to the address you provide us with, so check your order dispatch email to ensure that the address is the right one. While Polina Bright Art accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers, we will investigate your specific situation and ensure we work towards an appropriate solution.
We ship WORLDWIDE! Please note that a shipment can take up to 30 business days to be delivered once shipped.
Please use the shipping time frames provided as estimates only, not guarantees. And if your order is time sensitive (like a birthday present) - please drop us a message first! We'd be able to advise you if there's a risk it may be delayed based on your destination!
We may occasionally provide special offers and promotions waiving delivery charges in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to vary, cancel or extend special offers and promotions regarding delivery charges.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
If your order is to be shipped outside Australia, we assume that you’re aware of any import duties or taxes that may apply in the country your order is being shipped to. Polina Bright Art will not be responsible for the payment of any such costs, nor will we be responsible for replacing goods that may be seized by customs in your country.
Order cancellations, returns and replacements
Unless your order has already been shipped - we accept cancellations requested within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us via email or contact form on this website with details of the product and the defect within 7 days of receiving the item.
Upon receipt of your enquiry, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for our watercolor brushes. Once a brush has been used for more than 7 days, we cannot accept any defect complaints or requests for replacement. Our brushes are high quality and carefully inspected at every step of the manufacturing process, so please inspect your purchase upon receipt.
If you receive a defective brush, please contact us with details of the defect within 7 days of receiving the item. We will fully examine your enquiry and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement brush at no additional cost.
Please note that it's important to use our watercolor brushes with care and follow our instructions for use. Any damage caused by improper use, cleaning or maintenance of the brushes will not be covered under our warranty.
