All items are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

Delivery Time Estimates

Please keep in mind that the delivery times we give you are estimates. The actual delivery time may vary, so please reach out to us before placing a time sensitive order.

Order processing time

Our prints are created to order - it usually takes 2-5 business days (excludes weekends) to prepare any order. In case of pre orders - the items' description will state the fulfilment details of pre ordered items.

Please note that all prints are produced to order, so please factor that in when estimating the desired delivery date. We can rush production of some of the orders, so once again, please reach out to us if your order is time sensitive before placing your order.


Mixed Cart Warning

Please be advised that orders containing both pre-order items and in-stock items WILL NOT SHIP until ALL ITEMS ARE IN-STOCK. If you need in-stock items before a pre-ordered item releases, please make a separate order.

 

Pre-order Ship Dates

Pre-order estimated dates will be posted on the respective product’s page. This estimation is when we expect the product to be ready to ship (not when it will arrive with the customer) and are subject to change.

 

Pre-order Delays

While we strive to post the most accurate shipping estimate, delays do occur from time to time. In those instances we will update the projected arrival times on the respective pre-ordered product’s page and/or email you with updates. In many cases these delays are completely out of our control, so we appreciate your patience whenever delays occur.

 

Lost or damaged items

All shipments we send out are insured by our shipping providers. If your items arrived damaged or are lost in transit please email us, and we will investigate your specific situation and ensure we work towards an appropriate solution.

We post all deliveries to the address you provide to us, so please - double check your order confirmation email to ensure that the address is the right one. Polina Bright Art accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

If there's an issue of any kind with your order please contact us within 3 business days from receiving the order or the "order delivered" notification. Failure to do so will result in us not being able to replace your order based on the shipment insurance policy.

Returns and refusals

Polina Bright Art will not be responsible for the fate of the goods where customer refuses to accept shipments because they chance their minds or where duties and taxes are payable. Please make sure you know/understand what the import fees, taxes and procedures in your country are before placing your order.

Should your order be returned to us for any other reason, the items will be sent back at customer's expense. If the customer refuses to cover the re-shipping costs the items will be disposed of.

Shipping to UK

Please note that we do not collect VAT(taxes) for UK - VAT and all related import/clearance fees are collected by Royal Mail/DHL Express on order's arrival in UK. This may include handling fee by the postal service.

Shipping to EU

Please note that we do not collect taxes on behalf of EU customers - taxes and all related import/clearance fees  will have to be paid by the customer on order's arrival in EU.
